How to Manifest
It is a proven fact that like causes produce like effects and therefore that which you think about you will indeed bring about!

It has been written that each person has  one thought every 15 seconds and since you sleep 8 hours each night that equates to 240 thoughts per minute, 14,400 thoughts per hour and 230,000 thoughts per day!  That's a lot of thinking. "What's in your mind?" What percentage of 230,000 thoughts are you consciously aware of? How many are dreadful thoughts? How many are hopeless thoughts? How many have to do with what you'll never achieve? How many are grateful thoughts? How many are loving thoughts? How many are inspiring, future oriented thoughts?Since thoughts become things, it's paramount for you to make it your mission to be meta-cognitive which is the ability to think about what you're thinking about. Be aware of little nuances of negativity that creep up in your day to day routine that can zap the positive energy right out of you and thus affect your ability to manifest what you desire.
There are three very simple steps but they take commitment.
Step 1:
Ask/ Become aware of what you want


Step2:
See yourself in possession of that which you desire

Step3:
Feel how good it will feel to be in possession of that which you desire
